Linda is an intuitive compassionate human being. She is always focused on a child’s potential and ability while honing in on areas for growth. Her patience and creativity make her an amazing advocate for her students and a trustworthy partner for parents wanting the best for their child. My husband and I saw our son grow, not only in ability while working with her, but also in confidence and self-advocacy.

Hello
Let me tell you a little about myself.
I’m a Special Education teacher with over 20 years of experience providing academic interventions and behavior supports to students in the general education classroom. I worked with students with learning disabilities, ADHD, Autism, and other disabilities that impacted their learning. My interventions focused on basic reading skills, reading comprehension, writing, math, and even homework help for any student who was interested after school.
I’m big on open communication with parents and students, building safe relationships with students, and creating opportunities for students to take risk, practice new skills, and build their self-efficacy and competency.
When I’m not teaching, you might find me hiking with my dog, reading a good book, working on my house and garden, baking or spending time with family and friends.
